LEADERSHIP
Victor founded Translation HelpDesk in Chihuahua, Mexico in 2018, after watching families and businesses on both sides of the border pay Manhattan prices for translations produced by the same caliber of linguists he worked with every day. The model he built is simple: top-tier native-speaker translators, AI-assisted workflows that accelerate (never replace) human judgment, and US-grade certification standards — without the US-office overhead.

HOW EVERY DOCUMENT FLOWS
Every certified translation passes through two qualified linguists before it reaches you: a specialist translator with subject-matter expertise, then an independent reviewer who checks accuracy, terminology, and formatting against the original. Only then is the Certificate of Accuracy signed.
A native-speaker linguist with subject-matter expertise (immigration, medical, legal, or academic) translates your document.
A second linguist reviews every word against the original — accuracy, terminology, names, dates, and layout.
The Certificate of Accuracy is signed per 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3) and delivered format-matched in 24–48 hours.
