Because Bamar names carry no surname, the child's and father's names appear as full mononyms with honorifics (U, Daw, Maung, Ma), and the NRC follows the 12/XXX(N)###### format. For USCIS, the certified English translation must reproduce those honorifics with a translator's note that no family name exists, transliterate the township and seal text, and mirror the registration number exactly so it matches the accompanying passport and I-130 petition.
